As a previous real estate marketing coordinator, Sue Kowols has the knowledge and expertise to sell homes in today’s market.  Her vast experience in web design, marketing and technology sets her apart from her peers in showcasing homes on all platforms.

When you meet Sue for the first time, you will quickly see how dedicated she is to helping her clients find the home of their dreams, support them throughout the process and create long lasting friendships.

Sue graduated from John Hersey High School and went to college at ISU. She returned to her hometown of Arlington Heights where she now resides with her husband and 3 daughters.

Sue has a strong sense of giving back and instills those same values in her daughters. As a long time volunteer; Sue has helped lead the Vacation Bible School program at St. James Catholic Church as well as Jubilation, Mom’s Plus and a variety of other ministries.  In addition, Sue is an active member of (Children In Theray and You) C.I.T.Y of Support a local non-profit who supports parents and children with any diagnosis. They help parents navigate how to move forward and give them a wide variety of resources for therapy and support.  She also initiated the first STEAM Night which offered hands-on activities for the entire grade school of 600+ students and their families, which is now an annual event.

As a founding member of MISSION: Community Sue’s local connections to businesses and people alike have helped this program thrive.  MISSION:Community is an initiative within Baird & Warner’s Northwest Suburban office to demonstrate our commitment to our local communities.  The objective is to provide an ongoing program of goodwill and support to both residents and local organizations.  This mission follows along with Sue’s values and dedication towards her community.

There is nothing more important to Sue than to make sure that her clients, family and friends enjoy the process of their real estate transaction.
