Sue Kowols is a licensed Realtor with Baird & Warner Real Estate, where she leverages her background in real estate marketing, web design, technology, and communications to help clients successfully navigate today’s housing market. Known for her personalized approach and commitment to building lasting relationships, Sue is dedicated to supporting her clients every step of the way, from finding the right home to achieving their real estate goals.

A lifelong resident of Arlington Heights, Sue graduated from John Hersey High School and attended Illinois State University. She and her husband are raising their three teenage daughters in the community they proudly call home.

Sue’s passion for service extends far beyond her professional career. As the mother of three daughters who benefited from early intervention and therapy services, she has firsthand experience navigating IEPs, 504 plans, and the challenges many families face when seeking support for their children. This personal journey inspired her deep commitment to advocacy and community involvement.

An active member of C.I.T.Y. of Support for several years, Sue has supported numerous special events and currently serves as a Board Member, Vice Chair and Volunteer Coordinator. She is passionate about connecting families to resources, fostering inclusive communities, and helping parents feel supported as they navigate their own journeys. Sue is honored to serve on the Board and help advance the organization’s mission, including expanding respite opportunities for families and bringing the vision of a Welcome Center to life.

A dedicated volunteer and community leader, Sue has led initiatives through St. James Catholic Church, local ministries, PTA organizations, and community events through Baird & Warner. She also launched her elementary school's first STEAM Night, an event serving more than 600 students and family members that continues as an annual tradition. Through her volunteer work and professional life, Sue is committed to creating meaningful connections, empowering families, and strengthening the community she loves.
